Voting ‘No’ on Congressional Budget

            I opposed passage this week of a $3.4 trillion dollar budget, which determines spending and tax decisions for the next year. This trillion dollar federal budget will create a $1.7 trillion deficit. The U.S. has not seen a deficit in our economy like this since WWII. This tremendous deficit damages the U.S. economy, hurts family budgets and undermines any hope for a timely recovery to our economy.
